Return & Exchange Policy

At H.B. Surf Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about your decision, we encourage you to visit Hurst Marina and try out the products in person on the water at our facility. We’re conveniently located on the beautiful Rideau Waterway, just south of Ottawa.

Online Purchases:
Products purchased through our website and shipped to you are not eligible for a refund. However, if you wish to exchange an item, it may be returned to Hurst Marina within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note, returned products may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and any difference in price or shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Exchanges:
We’re happy to accommodate exchanges for products that are in new, unused condition. The buyer is responsible for any shipping charges associated with the return or exchange process.
