FAQ
The pressure gauge on my inflatable paddle board pump doesn’t show any pressure. Why is that?
It’s likely that the board hasn’t been inflated enough yet. Continue pumping until the board takes its full shape. Once it’s fully inflated, keep pumping until you feel significant resistance from the pump. At this point, the pressure gauge should begin to display the board's pressure, which should be around 7 PSI.
Will my paddle float?
All our full carbon fiber paddles will float if properly assembled. it is advised to attach a paddle leash or flotation device to the paddle to prevent the paddle from sinking.
Does my board come with a fin?
Yes, all boards come with our custom SUP Keel Fin – Honeycomb Fiberglass (Weedless).
Why are there bubbles on the deck pad of my board?
It’s normal to see some bubbles on the deck pad, especially after the first few uses. Deck pads are adhered to the board in a controlled climate during production, then moved to a different facility for quality inspection. If air bubbles appear during inspection, they are punctured with a fine needle to release the air. However, in some cases, bubbles may appear later. If you notice bubbles on your deck pad, you can release the trapped air by carefully poking a small hole with a needle. Often, the bubbles will disappear naturally after a few uses.
